Partner, Strengthen, Empower.
Our Driver’s Licencing programme is delivered by qualified Pasifika Driving Instructors who understand the needs of our communities. To make the journey easier and more inclusive, the programme can also be presented in your own Pasifika language, helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Kainga Pasifika are dedicated to empowering and supporting Pasifika individuals and communities in breaking the cycle of violence and building safe, healthy, and nurturing relationships. By promoting resilience, respect, and understanding, we aim to strengthen family bonds and create safer environments across all levels of community life.
Our Kainga Pasifika Whānau Ora Team is committed to walking alongside Pasefika families, building trusting relationships that honour their culture, values, and voices. We partner with whānau to identify their needs, set meaningful goals, and pursue their dreams and aspirations, empowering them to strengthen wellbeing and create brighter futures for generations to come.
Partner, Strengthen, Empower.
Kāinga Pasifika works alongside Pasifika whānau, building trust and respectful relationships. The focus is on partnership, not top-down service delivery.
Instead of only looking at problems, the approach recognises the strengths, culture, language, and values of each family, using these as the foundation to meet needs and set goals.
Families are supported to pursue their own dreams, aspirations, and wellbeing across health, education, employment, and community life, ensuring sustainable, self-directed outcomes.

‘I’m happy that I don’t have to run away from the police now, and I can take my family in the car without worrying about them, I can’t wait to be stopped by one!’

“The Programme Facilitators are honest and helpful. The programme has taught me a lot and now I have the tools and skills that I can use and take away with me to use in my everyday life”.

“I love how they relate to me and my life struggles. The programme is designed for our Pasifika people”.
